Marbletown 2021

The design and build process of turning this wet side-yard into a private oasis was truly transformative. As you head from the main house, you walk down a path to a newly renovated pool house and an 18’x40’ gunite pool. The paths and patios are made from true blue quarry stone, the walls constructed of boulders and native wall stone. The discrete pool fence encompasses a spacious 1200 sq’ area that is surrounded with native plantings that are carefully curated to cycle through the seasons with an ever-changing beauty. I functioned as the Landscape Architect, Consultant and Project Manager. This project was a joy to create from the design process through the oversight of the installation of the pool and hard/softscape elements.
