Pricing Guideline
Landscape Architecture - Flat rate for each project (by proposal), with add-on hours at $150/hr. Non-CAD designs & hand sketches are $250/hr. On-site design is $150/hr.
Project Management - 15-20% of project cost, depending on scope and type of project
Landscape Consultation - Initial site visit is $200 - $400 (up to 2 hours). Cost depends on scope of project. Additional hours, $250 ea. Sliding scale is available - please be in touch to discuss
Sacred Mentorship - 1 hour sessions are $111 - $333 (sliding scale). Meetings are typically weekly or bi-monthly
Land Readings and Stewardship Ceremonies - Suggested Donation is $1,500 - $2,500
A note about my sliding scale offerings:
I inherently believe that the relationships with ourselves, our communities and the earth are all interconnected and entwined… and that learning and healing need to be accessible to all, no matter where one might fall on the socioeconomic spectrum.
The high end of my sliding scale represents the actual cost. For those with inherited wealth and class privilege, I invite you to pay the full amount. This action directly supports me to be able to make myself accessible at reduced rates, helping support the people and projects with less economic access.
