Sacred Mentorship
What does this mean and who does it serve? Sacred mentorship is for anyone who is searching for higher meaning in their life, a deeper relationship with the Earth, and a clearer understanding of their purpose.
The dynamic is about deep listening. It's about acknowledging the reflection of your true self and remembering that your guides and ancestors are all around you, supporting your every move. It is about identifying that you are of the Earth, made of the same elements, and originating from the stars… an interconnected being who is held in this life as you explore and learn in order to know yourself better.
Healing one’s relationship with the earth is the first step towards remembering your divinity.
In a mentorship dynamic, I will hold up that mirror of divinity… Accompanying you, even for what might seem like a moment, as you traverse this human experience, remembering your purpose or exploring the lessons of this lifetime and what those experiences might be asking of your soul's journey.
During this co-created journey we will engage in repeat, therapeutic style sessions. Our sessions will include an exploration of self expression. The path will vary for each individual and be discovered along the way, using modalities grounded in earth based principals, shamanic cosmology, herbalism and contemporary techniques like hakomi, somatics, and parts work.
My areas of work include supporting individuals and groups with: processing trauma (current and childhood), navigating transitional moments in life, family relational dynamics - parent / child (esp teenagers), self image, work transitions, and processing death. I also offer work with aligned businesses to address conflict resolution and develop equitable business practices.
Land Readings & Stewardship Ceremonies
Land Readings and Stewardship Ceremonies are for people who want to forge deeper bonds with the Earth, and land they inhabit
Land Readings are about interpreting the story of the land and how ecosystems function and interact, including the energetic and physical dynamics with the current and past human inhabitants.
From a pragmatic perspective, it is about the observation of the visual evidence as presented in the plants, soil, water and animals. From an energetic one, it’s an inquiry about how and what the land feels / experiences, and what its needs are.
Stewardship Ceremonies are rituals that involve a deeper process of union with the earth. During the ceremony, we will work with the ancestors, guides and the earth itself in order to do a reading of the energetic dynamics at play in people’s lives. The intention is to uncover what is needed to support interpersonal and spiritual health, particularly in relationship to land.
Typically, these rituals are done with people who want to deepen their stewardship with the land they own. They can also be done on public lands, such as national and state parks.
