Through the years, I have continued to be in deep relationship with the earth, particularly through a connection with the plants and trees. I have learned about the alchemical process that is necessary for the proliferation of a healthy ecosystem. From a very pragmatic perspective, there is a requirement for all the elements to be combined in just the right way. It also includes us, as humans, to be in correct relationship with our environment. We don't have to own land to be in this relationship, this relationship is with the earth itself.

I have often noticed, after my projects were completed, that the land would react to the energy of the stewards. For those who held wonder and reverence for the process of stewardship, their meadows and gardens would flourish. Those who led with fear and doubt would often have problems with establishment of the plants, particularly when started by seed. The energy runs in a full circuit. We react to them and they react to us.

In my Sacred Mentorship offering, I often talk about energetic exchange. What I share is that the language of the earth, trees and flowers is not one that is spoken. It is an energetic language. For instance - One can not lie to a flower.. The truth of our experience is right there, as if we were standing naked before them. 

This is the golden thread that I weave throughout my life and work - whether I am managing a project, designing a space, facilitating a land ritual or working with an individual or group who wants to explore their soul's journey. I work with the energy of a place, and the human interactions with that energy.
